"Joey Garvin did a project in another townhouse in our small development, just as we were purchasing our rental unit and wanted to do some renovations. His ratings were so high that I asked him to come over and talk about what we wanted to do. He took my vague ideas and came up with a plan that was what we wanted and reasonable. Shortly after we closed, he began working, and within three weeks, had gutted and completed a beautiful, larger master bath; put additional lighting in the living room ceiling, along with two floor outlets; and built a new large pull-out storage drawer. He researched all of the paints and the flooring, and the result was seamless with the original rooms. Joey cleaned up meticulously every day and used tools that minimized dust and debris. He also took care of a few little things for me with no mention of additional payment. My husband and I have been doing renovations, both ourselves (smaller projects) and through a series of contractors (larger additions, bathrooms, basements, and decks) and have never had a bad experience. Not only did he complete the project on-time and under budget, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers. In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again.
