"Brian himself is so responsive to email, I sent him an email late night ang got his response first in the morning. He stopped by a day after (Thursday)with his marketplace predictions and a quick walk around of the property. Since we were in the chilling season along the 2022's ~9% inflation and high rates over 7%, he forecasted possible problems might come, hence he also introduced plans to approach the sale. His marketplace value of was exactly what I had predicted and what we closed our property for. Hence we signed papers, photographers came a couple of days later, and our property was on the market within a week (Thursday) with a very nice, complete and eye catching introduction. His team included Leah and Kristin. Kristin communicated promptly and late at nights and even on the weekends. Long story short, a couple of seeing in a the first day, and in the third day and 5th visit, we got an offer of we asked for. Closed and money wired to our bank by the end of month.
