He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.

"Jake did an outstanding job with our recessed lighting installation. He was very attentive to detail and making sure the lights were aligned and symmetrical, and that nothing was damaged during the work. He managed through hard work and persistence to install six units without damaging our drywall. He also looped me into decision-making at the right times, and was great at communicating the pros and cons of different choices. I was able to provide the canisters, lights, and dimmer myself which allowed me to research and choose exactly what I wanted and avoid markups, but used their wiring. I got the full day deal and was also able to have Jake swap out an old light switch for a Lutron paddle switch for check into some other electrical issues in another room. Installing this lighting was a stress-free experience, and it's made our space so much more livable and usable. I plan to use Murphy Family Services again for some additional updates."

"Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue.
