He came in and tested the water, he educated us on where our water quality is now (not great) and even tested our bottled water we got from the store (which was also not great). The only cons were price (a bit higher than some places charge), and the brand new heater they installed had a faulty fitting that led to water leaking (but they came back out the same day, fixed the fitting, and cleaned up the water)."
