"This contractor was not very good. He showed up to do a job by himself. One man took 5 hours to clean all of my windows. Then he broke a Crystal on my bathroom chandelier. He knocked off two crystal and one broke. He reimbursed me for the cost but I had to drive 50 miles to purchase a replacement crystal and install it myself. This contractor used cleaning solution (glass cleaner?) and paper towels to do the job. He left paper towels all over my yard. I would not recommend him to anyone."

"We were very pleased with the work and the quality of the finished product. We knew we weren't going with a budget company but we were pleased with what we received for what we paid. Our issues were with the coordination of scheduling work. What we were told wasn't necessarily adhered to and after work began there were additional blimps in the work schedule."
