"This contractor was not very good. He showed up to do a job by himself. One man took 5 hours to clean all of my windows. Then he broke a Crystal on my bathroom chandelier. He knocked off two crystal and one broke. He reimbursed me for the cost but I had to drive 50 miles to purchase a replacement crystal and install it myself. This contractor used cleaning solution (glass cleaner?) and paper towels to do the job. He left paper towels all over my yard. I would not recommend him to anyone."

"It did not take long to schedule the work. I think it was only about a week. The cost was just the $199 Big Deal. They were very professional. The owner actually showed up to survey it before sending someone. They were very straightforward with me about what it included and what they would do. Actually, his brother came and did the work. They were very professional and polite the whole time. I would use them again in the future."
