"You should hire these guys. The little project today was minor - but we had them do a much bigger job when our basement was all moldy from a slow seep in the wall. They were thorough, professional, very reasonably priced and Kurt answered our many questions with patience and clearly lots of knowledge. The cost for that job was $1,500 and included a bunch of demo work including walls and carpet and a bunch of stuff we had stored there. They set up barriers for the area, hauled all that stuff away, treated the mold and put encapsulant on all surfaces to keep it from ever coming back. I can't recommend them more highly. Who comes in and sees a smallish problem and just fixes it for no charge? Call them and if they can't get to you right away, WAIT.

Bill ( owner) was able to get me pricing quickly and was able to schedule the work quickly ( another company told me they don't work in attics when it is excessively hot). The pricing was comparable/better than two other proposals I received. Ended up replacing the compressor and furnace though was presented options to do only the compressor. Installation crew Chris, Bertol and field supervisor Mike did a great job; they were polite, did neat work; explained things, unprompted took off shoes when came in house…overall great crew."
