"My basement bathroom was put in by a do-it-yourself person who did a poor job from beginning to end. If I had a larger budget, the best thing would have been to completely gut it. However, this contractor was able to work issues and created a wonderful space out of a one of the worst bathroom I have ever encountered. In the future we will be installing a window in there . . . but money doesn't grow on trees."

"I called yesterday for a roof leak at my renter townhouse and Eric Bradley was very helpful and scheduled an inspection and caulking this am. The roofer called at the scheduled time and told me what was going on and caulked around the roof and sent me pictures afterwards. Very friendly and professional service. I will definitely plan to use them again!
Ok this is an update. After the initial caulking for $300, the roof started leaking again in a few weeks. It ended up being a big issue and cost a lot more since he had to tear out one section and install water shield and new shingles. I would have to say however that Eric made the process much less stressful than it could've been by his prompt response and communication and fixing the issues and standing behind his work. Great business to work with, will hiring him again."
