"Hi [Member Name Removed], Please let me know what number or e-mail you used. I don't have any record of your call. Townsend is actually out of our service area, but typically we would have responded to you immediately to let you know that. I apologize and I will look into this. Again, let me know if you e-mailed me or our main email directly or if you sent information through Angie's Lisa. Again, my apologies. Elisa Kristman"
"Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed], You originally called our office on April 8th to schedule a pumping of your cesspool. We showed up at your property to pump on April 16th. Upon our arrival, we discovered that there was no access in your cesspool and the area where we would need to install an access was under a sidewalk. We provided you with a price to return to the site to excavate and expose the top of the cesspool and cut an access in the concrete and then supply a riser and lid. This work required using a piece of equipment and labor. We never charged you when we dispatched our truck to your site for the initial appointment. We were never told that there was no access to pump from. It appears that the system has never been pumped, so we we understand why you may have not know where the access is located. I'm sorry that you are not happy with our policy, but we always charge a 30% deposit prior to scheduling any work other than routine pumping. That is our policy and the deposit is required to get on our schedule. We were very clear that we are extremely busy and we would fit the job in our schedule as soon as possible once the deposit was received. I am sorry that you were not happy with our deposit policy and the fact that we could not give you an exact date to start your project."
