  Tim Bouchard and another gentleman (carpenter? work foreman?) came out to look at my deck in early March 2019 and give me a quote for repairs and staining of my 2-story deck. The foreman seemed knowledgeable about the repairs needed, and both were polite, but I was shocked when Tim handed me some numbers scribbled on a piece of paper ripped from a looseleaf notebook. He said his printer was broken. I requested a professional written quote and he said I'd have it the next day, but never received one. The handwritten prices were odd: $750 for the repairs and $3600 for restaining the two-level 10'x30' deck. I wrote to accept the repair price and ask for reconsideration of the staining price, and Tim informed me that the repair quote was not feasible and they wouldn't honor it, and thought it best if we parted ways. I asked 4 different times for him to reconsider and give me a reasonable, professional quote for the repairs and staining, and he had either an excuse (such as he broke his phone) or he said I would see it in the next day or two (but it never showed up). Despite the fact that he wrote and said "giving the best service is my number one goal", he certainly never did that. Tim makes excuses, doesn't keep his word, and did not treat me as I would expect a professional businessman to do. I suggest you look elsewhere for a reliable and professional company read less
