I contacted Champion locally and was brushed off with "the scheduler had the day off" -- not certain how that affects a service call scheduled several weeks prior and they offered no satisfactory explanation.  I attempted to schedule another day for the repair and was told that they only have one service/repair person for the entire suburban DC and Baltimore area and that they only service my area one day a week.  I decided to contact the main office and finally spoke with someone in customer service who said they would look into the situation and call me back -- this never happened. "
