4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.

"I contacted the company's local office repeatedly to get it repaired as a warranty-covered item.  I scheduled the date/time for the repair person to come (taking the day off work) and they did a "no-show" - no call, nothing.
