"The technician was very polite and seemed to know his job well. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not able to be repaired after the technician checked it out. The compressor was not working and we thought that it was not cost affective to have it repaired, so we opted to purchase a new refrigerator. Roosevelt was very honest in telling us not to spend the extra money even if it had a new compressor because the refrigerator possibly could malfunction down the road."
