"The bottom line is that David Yungmann is the type of realtor I wish we had been fortunate to have for our previous 8 purchases and sales. We've moved all around the country and dealt with the full gamut of realtors. David's dedication, knowledge, and temperment would also be ideal as a seller's agent; in fact we recommended him to our friends who are currently selling with the "warning" that he would not blow smoke about what their house was worth and what they could expect to get for it (we've definitely dealt with the opposite, both the rosy picture from someone who wanted our business too much and the doomsday scenario from someone who wanted a quick sell without putting in much work).
