"Do not use this company. They will rip you off. The contract was for eight 300W LED 40 ft pole lights, but I caught them redhanded installing 240W. Who does that? Then, they broke my lock and broke into my sprinkler room which I saw on my video which they admitted. Then, Kolb sued me for not paying the bill which I disputed due to lost tools as result of the break-in. Who does that breaking into a customer's sprinkler room and not informing that they did. I had to catch them on my video. Not only that it took over one year to the work proposed work. TOTAL FRAUD. I will be going to court...."

Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. Steve's teams did a wonderful job with the work itself. Everything was done exactly as stated and the end product was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The reason for this not being a 5 start review is two-fold. First, all of the work was scheduled at the last minute, with less than 24 hours notice of when the teams would be out to deliver materials or do the work. Luckily this didn't end up being an issue, but it could be difficult if you're trying to schedule explicitly around the project. Second is the difficulty in getting the final piece of work completed, for installing an exterior electric outlet. It took an extra month after the completion of all other work to get that done. If electrical work is required, I'd recommend contracting that externally to SBC."
