"He removed the garage door opener and braces,built a wall and insulated it, built storage closets a book case, a window seat with storage,put in lights, ceiling fan, baseboard heating,opened pass through into kitchen with a bar, enlarged opening into laundry room,finished walls,painted, and layed carpeting.
