"Daryl and his crew were very respectful and always let us know when they would be coming to our home to work. The estimate and contract we signed was right in line with what we expected the project to cost. During the demolition phase, we decided that we wanted to replace the subfloor after the old wood floor was pulled up, and Daryl and his crew performed the arduous process without an issue. After the demolition phase, the plumbing and electrical work was roughed in quickly to allow the Sheetrock work on the ceiling and walls to move ahead on time. The wood floor and custom cabinets were set ahead of schedule, including all of the cabinet crown molding and custom islands. The granite countertops were set a week after they were measured and the backsplash was tiled soon after that, with care being taken to lay out the unique accent tiles above the range to look better than we expected. Time was taken at the end of the day to make sure we had a safe place for our animals and kids to come home to even though the first floor was a construction zone. For the entire project, Daryl used the best quality materials and building techniques to ensure that we would end up with the best finished product."

"Our range was not lighting. We went on Angie’s list for the first time and easily found companies and reviews. We decided to call Home Systems Appliance repair and left a message. Our call was returned in a timely fashion by Jim. He was very polite and patient as I explained the issue. He was able to come within a couple of hours and on a Saturday at that. He was very punctual and when he arrived he had shoe covers on his feet and was very courteous. He went right to work on our range and discovered the problem... bad igniters and was able to locate them in the part store and repair our range for a resonable price. "Dave came out for an estimate and made recommendations; it was immediately clear that moulding is one of his specialties.  His recommendations were spot-on, his estimate was fair, and the installations were carried out by his staff seamlessly and without a hitch.  The guys were friendly, courteous, thorough and left not a drop of dust or wood filings behind.
I am extremely pleased with how the lighting/crown moulding in the bedroom turned out - MUCH better than I had ever imagined.   Photos attached are not showing w/ the moulding painted as we are still waiting for our painter to take care of the painting, but the moulding and lighting installed by Dave's team turned out great.   The doorway framework that was installed wasn't 100% perfect (a couple of nails were not tightly fitted to the wall), but once we noticed it & informed Dave of the issue, he apologized and sent some guys back out to take care of it and all is well.  All of our friends and family who see the crown molding work are overwhelmed with how great it looks... and we love it, too!  HIGHLY recommend Dave Rutch!  Will definitely be calling him for some upcoming projects.
