"Steve was fantastic! We brough in paramount to provide a quote for removing and replacing an old cast iron dampener. We had another company come out and provide us a quote on a basic chimney sweep and they recommended we replace the dampener (which was expensive) because they could not get the dampener open to clean the chimney.
