Mike stayed within my budget each time and added some extra work he felt necessary as he went along at no additional charge to me. He returns messages immediately and schedules projects within a reasonable near future, unlike other painters and carpenters I have known who require repeat calls and texts for answers and schedule me out for work months away. It had great bones and had only had one elderly owner since it was built — never mortgaged, well-kept, but completely outdated.
