"One of my neighbors who remodels houses recommended Custom Insulation to me so I engaged them to replace gutters in the front of the house and in some areas in the back last year. I had one issue and the owner promptly and generously addressed it to my full satisfaction. Recently, during a heavy downpour, one of the small gutters overflowed significantly. Thinking it was improperly installed, I called the company and the owner came out himself the next day! After inspecting the gutter, he determined the down spout and extender were clogged and had caused the problem. He cleaned it out and tested the flow. He diagnosed the problem correctly, to my chagrin. When I asked him how much I owed him, he refused to charge me. I had written an excellent review last year for their installation work but I just had to do a follow up review because that kind of customer service is extraordinary. The owner deserves super praise for his ethics and quality. Paulo is very knowledgeable and explained all the options and impact to installation time and costs in a very transparent fashion. The weather was not cooperative but Paulo and his team were flexible and adapted the schedule to finish the project. I could not be happier with the new gutter system as well as repairs they had done to replace worn fascia boards and cover exposed rafter tails with PVC material that will last forever.
