My only negative was that the installers wanted to route the drainage on the surface instead of tying the down spouts into the ground system like my older gutters as agreed with sales. I had to physically dig at the base of the old down spouts to expose the drainage piping system and suggest how they could tie into it to the installers and convince them that it was doable."

The fascia repair appeared initially to be superficial and cosmetic, but turned out to be more damage than first thought. Their carpentry skills are excellent.
