"Flavio is an artist with tiles and enjoys his work. He and his wife were very professional and fair. They had a written contract that they were willing to negotiate reasonably. "Nuno did a beautiful job on what I thought was a small project but was more complex than I thought. (Removing glass mosaic backsplash, replacing drywall, installing new subway tile and grout.) He was on time, protected other surfaces, cleaned up meticulously, and very nice guy. I would hire him again for other projects. Had to follow up once for a quote after initial contact but had to do this with all the contractors recommended. After that, very responsive."
