"Eddie responded to my inquiry quickly, and was able to come by at my first convenience. He did a great job re-grouting/caulking in 2 bathrooms. One required a second visit because water had been getting behind a tile due to the failing grout, and it needed to dry thoroughly to be re-glued. Now you would never know it was not new. He was even able to take care of a tile floor problem in another room in the same visit."

"Rich did a great job removing the old ceramic tiles from my kitchen and bath floors. He was prompt and worked nonstop, except for a few ten-minute breathers. Rich is very kind and more than polite. I would have had him come back to install porcelain tile which is his forte but due to the construction and age of my home , I chose a different flooring. Rich is a perfectionist and I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"Jean did great job explaining what we needed to repair and we knew it is only a temporary fix of our bathroom tile. It buys us time until we can do a full remodel we are not ready for. "Hired to remove large accent panel over kitchen sink and install subway tile to match the rest of tile and pattern of kitchen backsplash. Some damage to wall which was expected since it was attached with cement and the new tile needed to be cut to fit but I expected that, too. Another tile installer I hired actually backed out of the job for that reason. Wall was repaired and tile job looked fine . Fair price. Orlen was always on time , answering calls, texts. Always professional and pleasant to work with."

"Installed pre-finished hardwood in 2 bedrooms. Very happy with the installation and the crew that installed. 2 minor issues being resolved this week. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is they delayed my install 2 weeks at the last minute due to lack of inventory. Don’t understand how the didn’t know level of inventory when the set the date."
