"The dispatcher was very efficient and kept us informed and confirmed all appointments. Steve made a thorough inspection of the chimney, explained the necessary repairs and gave us an estimate. Before his arrival window, he notified us that traffic was bad and that he'd be near the end of the window, which he was.
