We provide countertops and fireplace fabrication and installation for residential and commercial builders, remodelers, and individual homeowners. With over 18 years of combined business experience, we at Express Marble & Granite believe that producing high quality products is a top priority. In order to achieve this goal we have employed a highly trained staff, developed an efficient system, and have invested in state of the art equipment. We have gained the experience to produce highest quality finishes. In order to control the quality of our product, all our fabrication is done in house. We purchase our slabs from local distributors which enable our customers to select from hundreds slabs at various locations and enable us to be selective in the material we accept. "In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls. "
