"We have been very happy with both the service and quality of work provided by SeaBreeze Home Construction. The owners, Amanda and Mitchel, are very thorough, fair and knowledgeable. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great. Mitchel discovered some rot in the existing house member requiring some replacement work. This was accomplished without impacting the schedule. The next project was a full bathroom renovation, which also came out great. We selected and purchased the fixtures and tile. Amanda and Mitchel did everything else, including subcontracting the electrical, plumbing and a minor amount of roofing for the vent fan.
