It’s a complex piece of furniture that took about 4.5 hours of meticulous work, and he handled it with total professionalism. "Installed two heavy window air conditioners, lugging them up from garage under to first floor. Appt was scheduled for 9:30 am, called them at 10:15 and unfortunately the owner had had a very bad night with his mother in hospice care. Finally came at 11:20. They were willing to wear masks inside our house. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. They knocked $25 off their usual minimum hourly rate because of the delay. Very friendly, would definitely hire them again (and probably will for A/C removal in the Fall). Would have been 5 stars except for the arrival delay."

He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. He kept in contact with me the entire time. I would definitely hire Bertie again and I highly recommend him."
