We set up a day/ time to meet. From the moment I met him, there was not a doubt in my mind that he was the one for the job. For a young person, I was beyond impressed with his work ethic. He is so motivated and so driven to be not just a successful businessman man, but a wonderful provider for his family. Zachary had sent me an estimate within hours of our meeting. His price was quite reasonable. He was there when he told me he could start the job. I had actually just poured my Saturday morning coffee and looked out the window to see that he was already hard at work. I recently had him back to my house a few days ago. "It went soooo well! When I called to request a pickup, I had no difficulty getting through via telephone. I learned that I could also place a request for my pickup via the internet/website too. I gave them my credit card, and walla! the next day, my bag was emptied and I went back to my project. Since I own this bag, I don't feel pressure getting it filled because it is being picked up at the end of the rental. I call when I'm ready! Not when someone else is.The best part of this was that, although on the surface, it appears to be more expensive than when you rent a dumpster, but with a dumpster you pay for the weight. This you don't. It makes life easier because you have no surprises. Plus my driveway and yard is still in tact and my wife doesn't complain about an ugly dumpster. Can you tell how happy we are! We would highly recommend this to all of our friends and family!"

"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

"We hired Rattigan and Sons to enclose our porch with speciality screening. As part of the project they needed to add footings as well. They did all the pre-work needed for the screening company to create and install the panels. Everything is wonderful. Jody and her crew were great and came in, did the work with no issues. As an aside we also had them come in and do some tree trimming that needed to be done in our yard."
