"When I turned the system on in the spring I found two heads that were leaking so I called for someone to fix them. When I got a bill for $459 for fixing 7 heads I was very surprised.  They should have called to let me know how much it was going to cost.  I still can't figure out which heads were replaced other than the 2 I asked for.  For the materials they charged four times what it would cost if I picked them up at Home Depot. I understand they need to up-charge materials a little, but 400%??  Their costs are too high so I'll look for another provider or handle myself in the future.

"CP Unlimited Services was great. They worked well with me to adjust my initial estimate until it was perfect. They showed up when they said they would. They left the job site clean, and the yard fixed where it was impacted. They even fixed some rotted wood on the house that was discovered when removing the old stairs. The work looks amazing, I would definitely use them again for future jobs."

I was not aware that an extra fee ($40) was required to actually haul away the leaves and branches. that should have been stated in the $160/4 hours of service. the quality of the work was top notch. I under estimated what could actually get accomplished in 4 hours, so I guess that was a lesson learned on my part. regardless, I would still recommend this service.

"IT was great! I have never had a problem working with this company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! These guys are definitely setting the bar high for all their competition."
