"Cameron replied very quickly to my request for a quote (he emailed me the morning following my request). He was quite flexible with regards to meeting me as I work Mondays through Friday. We set up a date for late Thursday. Wednesday he emailed me and stated he could come by that night if it was convenient for me, which it was. When we met he quoted me a price which was acceptable to me. Then he went right to work mowing my field. As a note, my field (which was quite large) had not been attended to for 2 years and the grass in most of the areas appeared to be at least 12 inches high. Even though it started to rain he continued mowing and was done in an hour. My field looks great. Cameron was very pleasant. If I need additional mowings during the summer I plan on getting in touch with him again. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to other people."

"My first 1-2 uses of Lucas went relatively smoothy and without a hitch. They did cancel their appointments on me a few times ... but generally they eventually showed up! This last time was a real disaster though. First off - after paying $180 for someone to come an turn on your irrigation system (with some needed, minor repairs), you'd expect to find your system in working order. Unfortunately for me, despite paying a relatively high amount of money to them - my grass started to be brown in some spots. I only discovered that they actually never activated my irrigation/water management system - and the sprinkler was actually not set to run on a schedule!! So, in the end, they completely failed to do the job that I paid them to do. They never informed me that they ran into technical issues activating the hardware - they just proceeded to charge me and hope that I wouldn't notice! I complained to them via email and they never even responded to my outreach. Nada, Zilch. (i wonder if they'll follow-up here via AngiesList since now this is a visible show of their failure!) So - if you like this service - then go ahead and use them. However, be aware that they don't take ownership of completing the job as they should and certainly failed me in this case! The professionally is seriously under question for me."

Jill helped us size the initial patio and made recommendations on the materials we should use. Pricing was received within a day. On the day before our start date Jill, CJ and Shaun came out one last time to discuss the job. CJ made an additional suggestion to add a cobblestone edge to the project for the price of the original quote. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and we constantly receive compliments on the finished product. CJ also repaired our outdoor shower surround and a set of stairs. Prior to this project CP Unlimited has handled cutting our lawn and plowing snow. I have found them to be honest, reliable and responsive to any question or request. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends."

"Overall, I was very pleased with the services rendered. Angel?s cleaning service was quite responsive to all my telephone calls/inquires. The worker arrived around the agreed upon time and did the work as described on their advertisement. The quality of work done was very good granted he did not have a lot of daylight to play with. All the leaves on the lawn and under the scrubs were taken care of leaving my flowerbeds very clean. I will definitely use this service again in the future.
