"I am renovating a 2 family in Medford and called Bright Painting based on their reviews here on Angies List. They answered promptly, and were quick to send someone out to take a look at the property and give me a quote. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience stopped. Their quote came back at a whopping $5000 higher than the next quote I got from another Angies List provider. I still didn't rule them out, and requested clarification on some of the line items and choices that went into their quote - to understand what they were quoting me for exactly, and try and reduce the cost of the project.
