"I am renovating a 2 family in Medford and called Bright Painting based on their reviews here on Angies List. They answered promptly, and were quick to send someone out to take a look at the property and give me a quote. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience stopped. Their quote came back at a whopping $5000 higher than the next quote I got from another Angies List provider. I still didn't rule them out, and requested clarification on some of the line items and choices that went into their quote - to understand what they were quoting me for exactly, and try and reduce the cost of the project. Bright never responded back. Left me with a 'here's our rather ridiculous price for your job, if you don't like it, we won't bother calling you back' feeling."

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."
