He arrived promptly and went right to work. We were amazed at how thorough of a job he did, reaching far up the hood and removing all of the accumulated grease. He is a most pleasant and courteous person, and an experienced technician, who has had his business for 8 years, and worked for another commercial hood cleaning company for eight years before that.
