"Initially, I met with the head contractor who came quickly and on time to the site. He looked it over carefully and discussed the job with me very candidly and in a friendly, reasonable manner. He understood that I was preparing the condo for sale and that I wanted it to look appealing to potential buyers. He had some helpful and cost effective ideas about what to do. He quoted $2500 for labor understanding that I would pay for the paint he purchased with no markup. This was the best quote I got out of three painting companies. The workers came and worked all day for 3 and one half days. I was especially impressed by the prep work the crew did. This was not a superficial prep job. They filled all the defects in the walls and a major defect in one ceiling with great care. I was not expecting so much given the very reasonable quote. They did a very good job covering floors and furniture prior to painting. Trim and walls looked very nicely painted at the end. They also painted inside of closets, the outside of a painted cabinet, behind the fridge and stove, the radiators and the steam pipes. Afterwords, the crew cleaned up very well. I am extremely please with the job and the cost. I have not received the bill for the paint yet, but I expect it will be reasonable given what they have done so far. I will call Baystate for future jobs and I will recommend them to others.

Rodolfo always returns my calls, shows up on time and completes a project on time or early. Every time I have used Rodolfo's services he has gone above and beyond for me. Rodolfo is also very personable and makes you feel comfortable around him and his employees. In our most recent project he drywalled three rooms which included all the walls and ceilings. Removed wallpaper and then skim coated walls. Rodolfo's finishing work with the trim was beautiful! When it came to color suggestion he walked me through the process of picking the perfect color.
