"Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with them especially the owner. He schedules time to meet at 12 to review my project to add gas line. He never showed up. I arrived at 12:03 to meet him at the property and called the company to follow-up if they were on the way. He said he arrived at 11:50 and waited 5 minutes and left. When asked why he left so early and didn't even give curtousy of a 5 to 10 minute wait. He said he doesn't wait any time if he gets there early it's my problem I wasn't there even though we had scheduled for noon. He was so rude and said he gives no one curtousy to wait any minute and can't turn back around. In my opinion he never went to my house and lied and was rude. I told him I didn't need his business because if that's how he treats potential clients I can only imagine the type of service he will provide. Very RUDE, unprofessional and someone I don't recommend doing business with."

"This is my second experience with Joyce Plumbing and Heating. The first time was a new hot water tank. When you have your local city inspector tell you during inspection of the tank installation that "oh, Joyce did it? Then I don't even need to look at the installation...". This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"I am genuinely flabbergasted that this company has so many five star reviews. From the marketing practices to their customer service, my frustration with them was pervasive. The work they did seemed to be fine enough, but it was overpriced (I later discovered) and their communication at several stages was just abysmal. My attempts to have them remedy the shortcomings of their process gained no satisfaction. It also left a really, really bad taste to discover that their signs plastered all over the furnaces and water heaters in the basement of our condo building was not because they had some kind of relationship with the condo *and in most cases had no relationship with the equipment that their signs were on*. Just obnoxious. To top it all off, someone my email address was leaked from their organization which led to it being the target of hacking. How would I know it was them? They were the only company that I had given that particular email address to, Then they had the nerve to ask for a customer testimonial video. As if. Would not do business with them again."
