"Marilyn and her team were GREAT! We had a lot of clutter in our house. Some people would say it was a "Hoarders Paradise" minus the food and garbage. Marilyn and her team helped us with a "to do" list to start. She helped and guided us on what needed to be stored and what we could keep in the house. Marilyn and her team helped us to pack up everything. She spoke with our young children about what toys and other things were important to them to have at the house and how and where they could be kept for viewings as well as what could be stored away and not be missed by them. "However, as of Monday it will be almost a week since I have heard back and the only feedback I got was a promise to get back to me by the end of the day with a quote after I EMAILED HIM!
I have had so many handmen and contractors not call me back, or are unavailable. I was really excited to find someone and get started.
I felt like it shouldn't take this long to get an estimate on the work and I would rather be told straight forward that the project would not be big enough or the schedule did not work. If I am having this much trouble getting an estimate, what about the work?

Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.
