They are very reasonable and they do excellent service. I just think the person who owns it is very friendly, cooperative, and considerate with all the work that he does. If he doesn't have to do something, he will just say that you should watch this and you don't have to replace it right now, but maybe in 6 months or so. If you are buying something from someplace else and you have a question, he would recommend what is good or bad. He is very honest and very professional. I've been using them for a number of years and I will continue to do it.

It was time for an oil change. It was done in half an hour. I've been a customer of Mike for a couple of years now. He's fixed my door & air conditioning. He explains what he's doing & why. Since I found him on Angies list I have never had a moments regret.

I had taken my car to my dealer because my drivers side window wouldn't close. They charged me $80.00 to diagnose that the cable had seized up & to repair it would cost $430.00. Not having $430.00 I chose not to have the work done. I checked on Angies list & found Mike. I made an appt & he checked it & said they had misdiagnosed the problem. Because the window would go down but not up & although the control was on window lock the other windows went up & down, it was the control box. He replaced it for less than half the price the dealer was charging to perform the wrong work.

I moved to Lowell two years ago and found his place in the phone book. Mike is great and I always feel confident bringing him my car for repairs. He is quick and willing to work with my schedule. He has offered a second opinion on work other places insisted I needed (more than once) and advised against costly repairs that weren't absolutely necessary. I highly respect his honesty and as a result, my husband now brings his car here too.
