"Overall, very good service. The installers were on time and professional. They did an excellent job of removing the old gutters and cleaning up the driveway, lawn, walkways of the old materials. The new gutters are a great improvement. The installers were careful to follow the path of the old gutters to reduce or eliminate the need for touch-up painting. There is some minor follow-up work to be scheduled and I am awaiting an appointment. One word of caution--I selected the custom color for the gutters from a paper color chart shown by the estimator. When the installers arrived I was advised that the incorrect color had been selected and they showed me the colors on the aluminum samples. They had to return another weekend with different stock to do the job. Don't select the color without seeing it on an aluminum sample!"

"They called back the next day and I one day after that, I had an employee inspect the gutters we had the following day. Before he left, we had an estimate in writing that was very reasonable for the amount of work to be done. Work was scheduled for about 4 days later, and they finished in one day. They replaced some gutters, repaired some, put covers on all, and added new ones where we never had them before. They repaired rotted wood behind the gutters and then painted with our paint that they had requested when the estimate was given. Good company, professional, courteous, polite and efficient."

He removed an old gutter and found rotted wood behind it. He removed the rotted wood and replaced it with primed new wood. The new gutters are great and blend into the house trim wonderfully.
