Before he left, we had an estimate in writing that was very reasonable for the amount of work to be done. Work was scheduled for about 4 days later, and they finished in one day. They replaced some gutters, repaired some, put covers on all, and added new ones where we never had them before. They repaired rotted wood behind the gutters and then painted with our paint that they had requested when the estimate was given. Good company, professional, courteous, polite and efficient."

I had one issue and the owner promptly and generously addressed it to my full satisfaction. Recently, during a heavy downpour, one of the small gutters overflowed significantly. Thinking it was improperly installed, I called the company and the owner came out himself the next day! After inspecting the gutter, he determined the down spout and extender were clogged and had caused the problem. He cleaned it out and tested the flow. He diagnosed the problem correctly, to my chagrin. When I asked him how much I owed him, he refused to charge me.
