.Very quick response.  We got the estimate right away, and wanted to move forward quickly.  One thing we really liked about ASAP is that their philosophy is to push through to finish a job once they start.  They told us this during the appointment for the estimate and it was absolutely true.  We had them estimate work at two houses that included exterior power washing, porch painting, and lots of interior painting.  We are the kind of customers that probably drive them crazy as we had them change several room colors during the process (one of them twice) after they had started.  They were completely understanding and flexible.  The crews were really fantastic, and you can always tell from the the way everyone conducted themselves that they were a happy, and professional lot.  We were all very happy with them.  The work was completed ahead of schedule, well within the expected budget.  The quality of work was excellent.  We will certainly use them again for any painting we will need in the future.  A real pleasure to work with them.

They were very responsive. They were here when they said they would be. The management in the office was very good. When they said they would call back, they followed up. We had a few bids from different companies; their price was very competitive. Their customer service was excellent. We were very pleased with how it turned out. I would recommend them.

They were very professional, responsive, and they kept me informed.  The date of the painting kept moving because of another project, but they were really good about letting me know about that.  They came and did the estimate very quickly and it covered everything that I wanted it to cover.  They had very good system for billing and keeping in contact.  When they finally did come out and do the work, they were very fast.  When they finished and I looked at it, there were some things that I wanted changed, and they promptly did that and did a great job.

They were professional. They did a good job as it is still holding up. They were one of the few companies that would even come out and give us an estimate because we had a terrible time getting people to come out for some reasons. So they actually came out, were very professional and got it done on a timely manner.

All the services, from the arrival of the estimator to the arrival of the crews, were exactly when promised. Everyone I spoke to, including the office staff, was very pleasant and helpful, and the office staff kept me up to date on when I could expect people, which I appreciated. Overall, just a very professional experience. The actual work was completely satisfactory. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

ASAP painted our house with a solid stain 4 years ago( '07) which started to peel after 2 years ('09). When the owner, Jim Boyle finally agreed to fix the problem it was too cold to paint outside, and last year made no effort to rectify the problem. This year the house is peeling in many more places and a remodeling expert was here today, saying that it looked like the house was painted 7 - 8 years ago. The workers deposed of the refuse, dirty paint water in our woods. They did not leave enough time for the house to dry after rain, which I believe contributed to the problems with the paint peeling.

Their office is in Hadley. They are very good at what they do. I would use them again.

The owner, Jim, was terrific and the foreman, Pat, was fantastic. Pat, especially, was excellent at preparing extremely old walls for painting and spent considerable time explaining to me what needed to be done. This crew was working under a two-week deadline and did a terrific job.
