"We had Alan do two small appliance replacements. He is a very personable man and a talented, hardworking person. He recommended some valuable safety changes and did not charge additional fees even though I thought one of our jobs was a good deal more challenging than what would be the same job in other homes. This young man has a great work ethic, is a great communicator (my 86 year old do-it-yourself Dad liked him), and is just a real stand up guy."

On the day of install he was on time ( a rarity for trades people). Then there was a couple hiccups (one problem location and a thermostat that didn't work) which he was able to work around.
