"My pipes froze and burst on a Saturday. Reyes Contractors were working at another site but arrived promptly on Monday morning to replace the pipes. They removed sections of the wall so that insulation could be installed. They began the repair process. An Insurance Adjuster inspected the damage. Once my insurance company sent the money for full repairs, I asked Wil Reyes to come and give me an estimate. William Reyes has a great team of contractors and painters. They even moved my furniture into and out of the Pod. My ceiling was repaired. Installation was inserted into the vulnerable areas of the walls and the ceiling. New sheetrock was applied, , sanding was done, the walls and ceiling were primed and painted. My living room was like new! I asked if I could add installation of a dishwasher and painting my bathroom. The guys removed old border, sanded and painted. All of this was done at a reasonable price. This team works hard. I would definitely recommend them."

We only had trouble with 2 sub-contractors during this project (Granite & Kitchen design) and they were the sub-contractors that my wife and I selected ourselves outside of MMP... we wish we had used MMP for everything because they did such a good job. "Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. Love the crew as well - Monique is amazing and Eduardo is SO nice and extremely talented! Everyone that came out was super sweet. They will definitely be my go-to from now on."

"The craftsmanship was good but all else was mind numbingly painful. If you are considering this contractor be sure to carefully inspect the contract as this contractor will 'nickel and dime' you. Every detail needs to be called out even drilling holes, as I learned, is expensive. You will need to be thick skinned as well as I was insulted several times but I just wanted the job to be over."

"Rich's approach on engaging our project is how a general contractor should function in the 21st century. Total price transparency, line item granularity, timeliness and honesty about possible complications. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and as part of that we needed a wall to be partially removed and plastered, leaving enough height for a countertop. Rich stopped by, evaluated our intention, provided honest feedback on possible complications, suggested ways to save money and then sent us a very detailed quote for each component of the work. This enabled us to pick and choose exactly what we wanted to get done at the price point that we had budgeted for. During the work, some parts turned out to be more complicated than initially estimated, however Rich was generous enough to just take care of it and even throw in an in-wall shelf removal and plastering. The quality of work was outstanding, as well as the timing of scheduling and arrival. He even offered to leave the bagster bag for longer in case we had extra debris from our project once his work was done. All in all, we were left with a great impression of the work done and would not hesitate to contact him again for any future work."

"We hired Mike Taylor to do a bathroom remodel fro my mothers house and we could not have been happier, Mike and his guys are AWESOME. they have gone above and beyond many times over for my mother and I could not be more please with the quality of the work and their genuine attitude during the whole remodel.
