He came and did what he could, so he didn't give me the option of not using it. I apparently didn't see the conditions on the big deal. The person that came was terrific, he was a very nice guy, he explained some things, and he went up on the roof, and showed me some problem points. I would probably not use them again, but not because of anything about his service, but because of the steepness of my roof, and his inability to work on those kind of roofs."
