SunBug was not the cheapest option, but very professional & prompt in communicating the details and coordinating the necessary paperwork with the electrical company. The installers worked quickly and did a fantastic job. I was nervous about having them work with the electrical system in a new home, but they were able to integrate with the circuit breaker with no issues and worked with me to make the necessary installed equipment (switch, meter, conduit down to roof, inverter, etc...) as unobtrusive as possible. We had a small wrinkle with their ability to install on a low-pitch dormer, but it was resolved after about a day, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Solar panels are generating about as much power as advertised, and though it has only been a few months there have been no hardware issues so far."

"It was okay. I think I spent an additional $600. I liked their crew, the owner himself Anthony Berry and he had a person with him. I thought the work that they did was very well done. They cleaned up after themselves. What I didn't like was the fact that they didn't have the supplies that I needed in order to get the job done and then one of them had to leave 3 hours and go get supplies. I was paying for that whole time so it was a little disappointing to me that what I thought could have gotten done fairly reasonably quickly ended up taking a lot longer. My interaction with them and their work were good. I think they should have called me ahead of time and I would have told them what work I wanted done so they could have been more prepared. I felt that they were a little bit unprepared for what I needed done so they just need to be more prepared in terms of having their supplies and stuff. I will not use them again simply because he's actually located very far away like I'm at the very edge of his service area. He's located an hour away and there are other providers with closer proximity to me."
