"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"They did a great job, but a little forgetful on specifics. They came back at no extra cost to re-prime things using the paints we wanted and paint a couple things they forgot to get (inside a closet for example.) They were apologetic once I pointed out they forgot. So I'd still use them again, but make sure I put down in writing exactly what I wanted and that way they would remember. They also came to look and give a quote the day after I called and were able to paint two weeks later. They did a good job and it was nice to have it done while we were away."

"The first time we scheduled for the work to be done, no one showed up at the appointed time, and I consequently wrote a very bad review. Both Jennifer and Brian emailed me and apologized profusely and asked for another chance. They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall. I just wanted to reopen a small section. I started to feel like they were pushing me. For those reasons I felt uncomfortable and did not go with them. The quote was detailed.

"It was so expensive I couldn't afford it. He wanted to fix the mold but he didn't want to repair the ceiling so I told him forget about it. He just wanted to go on the wall and then bathe them all and then leave. So I never called them back because I never want that. The responsiveness was good."
