Arbena and her helper were very pleasant and easy to work with. We went over what I wanted done before they came. The only thing I changed when they arrived was to eliminate the cleaning of the upstairs windows and to clean the 5' top shelf and the articles displayed there in the kitchen instead. Both women worked quickly with no breaks. I had expected the job to take at least half a day or more. They were out the door in a little over 3 hours for another appt. In going over what had been done, I discovered quite a few areas that had been skipped as well as some things cleaned haphazardly. The areas that were cleaned properly were done very well. For the amount of money charged for this spring cleaning, I expected a thorough and completed cleaning. I feel the job was rushed and not as thorough as contracted because of another appointment they had. I am disappointed I have to finish the cleaning I hired them for. I was going to recommend Bena's Cleaning for a client of mine but I know they wouldn't be happy with work that was not as thorough as expected and contracted for. Finally, I want to say that Arbena is very friendly and easy to like and work with. Just not as thorough as expected.

My prior tenants trashed my townhouse to the point that I never thought the smell of cat ruined and dog feces would ever leave. It had looked as if the place hadn't been cleaned once in 15 months that they leased it. Bena's Cleaning Crew worked around my rug installers and did everything in their power to fix my place and make it feel (and smell) like home again. To do the whole entire two floor/two bedroom/one and half bath for the price and time they spent there was well worth it. I'll be using them again in the future
