"Dealing with Legacy Stoneworks inc and Rodrigo was surely a pleasure. He came out to inspect the area that needed to be fixed. Quoted that day. We agreed on the price and with in a weeks time had his crew come out and to do the work. The workmanship was incredible. They did awesome work, they cleaned up after they were done and the project that they said they would do just looked great. I can highly recommend Legacy for any of your stone work needs. The project consisted of replacing pavers stones that have sunken over the years. They also fixed a decorative front retaining wall that was leaning. I think sometimes repairing stone work or a stone wall can be a harder project than starting completely new. Well their work was awesome. Everything matched, everything came out great. Keep up the great work Legacy Stoneworks you’ve earned my trust."

"I got the idea of constructing a stone wall to serve as a border between my walkway and the garden. I looked for the best companies that provided such services but was confused until I spoke with Adam. I am completely awestruck by the stone wall they constructed. It has added to the beauty of my yard, Thank you."

"Mike, the owner, did everything we talked about and more. He was reliable, honest and gave great service. He build me a rock wall to separated the lake and my land. The weather and wind (bad waves) were very bad (early April) but Mike stuck to the schedule even though he had to work in terrible conditions. I would strongly recommend Stone and Timber. You won't go wrong. Thanks Jim Morahan - Mashpee"

"Extremely happy with the work completed by Deni and the Prevail Construction team. In 2021, we were referred to Prevail Construction through Back Yard Living in Abington. Deni and team visited our home to evaluate the project, establish measurements and a develop a project estimate/quote. The engagement included replacing a pool retaining wall and installation of porcelain tile decking around the pool... We were so impressed with the Prevail Construction work, that we had Deni and the team return this year for an additional project. This year 2023, Prevail Construction replaced a 26-year-old raised deck with an interlocking paved deck, including a walkway from the deck to our pool area. Expanded the outdoor living space with a clean and sleek looking patio. People have been so impressed with the look and the workmanship that they have asked me for Deni's contact details... I KNOW of at least one person who has worked with Deni based on a referral from myself... The work speaks for itself, so can't go wrong with this team!!!"

Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
A paver patio can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years, depending on the type of pavers and how well you maintain them.
Travertine pavers are usually the most durable, lasting 100 years or more, with regular maintenance. Concrete brick pavers have a variety of shapes and colors available and typically last 25 to 50 years. Traditional brick pavers have a more classic look, lasting around 20 years with proper maintenance.
Landscaping costs around $3,500 but varies widely from $200 to $14,000. Factors that play a part in your final landscaping price tag include:
Location
Yard size
Project size
Materials
Land preparation
Type of landscaping
Considering so many factors, it’s not surprising that the overall costs can differ. A typical landscaping project is flower bed installation, which averages between $800 and $3,000. However, landscape lighting installation is a higher-end project, with a price tag of $2,000 to $6,000.
The cost of a paver patio is $3,800 for a 280-square-foot patio on average. Depending on the patio size, paver material, and design complexity, this cost can range from $2,400 to $7,000 or more.
The size of your patio is a significant factor in the project’s overall cost. If you're building a smaller patio of only 60 square feet, your costs will be closer to $480 to $1,500. If you want a more luxurious 900-square-foot patio, you'll spend closer to $7,200 to $22,500.
