"Bertie came out to look at the gate on a Wednesday night. He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. MJM Plastring was the only one that indicated that I had a "sand finish scroll pattern" on my ceiling and replied that he had done repairs on these patterns before. He even sent a picture of a recent repair , not of a sand finish scroll, but of another pattern. I hired MJM for the job.
