"Luis and Dan did a great job. They performed the work as promised. The price was fair, materials were excellent quality, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. The front of our house looks way better than it did with our old porch and we no longer have to worry about water seeping into concrete as we had before. The job was efficiently done within the time frame provided. We will absolutely hire EA Masonry again. Now that they made our porch look so incredible, the adjoining walkway is looking in need of attention. However, that will be the next job."

"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

Sam's prices are VERY competitive and a great value for the quality of work performed. Over the course of two days, Sam was able to remove all the old mortar and caulking, clean the stairs, and replace the mortar with new cement. "I could not be any happier with the job max and Walterâ  s masonry just completed at my home in Worcester. My wife suffered a massive stroke in March and is currently confined to a wheelchair. I needed concrete stairs removed and the existing concrete walkway dug up and re-graded to better accommodate a wheelchair, then re-poured. I also needed a retaining wall built to hold back the newly exposed earth that resulted from the digging/re-grade. I had someone lined up to do this job but they bailed on me at the last minute. Luckily max who stepped in and did a masterful job, at a cost I could afford. I would highly recommend these guys in a heartbeat. They really bailed me out because my wife was literally trapped inside our house until those concrete stairs were removed and the new concrete ramp and retaining wall was completed.
