The first project included pavers, a retaining wall with built-in seating, a garden bed, patio/paver installation, fence installation, and a composite deck with stairs. The second project was for my rental property and involved an insurance claim to repair the facade of the house. That work included installing stone veneers on the front of my home, constructing a new deck with a roof, building a stone wall with fencing, and completing a blacktop driveway. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
