After the wet material was removed, Erick came in reinsulated the ceiling and did great job on the plastering. Also they painted all the walls even though it was only necessary to paint two of the walls. He also made sure the insulation completely covered the exposed area to the roof. Erick came to my property twice to help me understand which walls and ceilings could be covered with skim coat plaster, and which needed to be demolished, as the plaster was coming loose from the lath.
