"From the beginning, Triumph was very accommodating on options, install dates and communication. The price seemed high at the beginning, but the quality in material and size of the structure more than justifies it, I went back and forth with the owner for a few weeks with ideas and sketches to fit the small yard. She was very helpful. In fact, when they came to install, she made one last suggestion to flip the install that turned out to be a great idea. They came on a rainy Saturday and installed in an hour...that's not an exaggeration. The frame was up before I got back from getting coffees. The install is perfectly level, the craftsmanship is top notch and most importantly, my kids love it."

Specializing in custom-designed backyard playsets and treehouses, but including small construction projects such as decks, sheds, interior sheving, etc. I am a retired banker and I've been doing this retirement "gig" for over 13 years, building more than 50 playsets , treehouses, and related projects. My playsets are designed to fit the backyard, the budget and the kids "dreams," and have included "themes" like monster trucks, trains, pirate ships and clubhouses, together with the usual swings, slides, etc. I work largely alone (my wife likes to occasionally "help out") and build the entire playset on-site. I work at "grandfather speed", which I am, and I include a custom engraved wood sign for each project, showing the name of the playset and each of the kids' names.

We were hesitant to hire them based upon some of the reviews we saw online, but after seeing the quality of their work at our friend's homes, we realized that the person behind the reviews were not telling the truth. I don't understand why someone would post extremely negative reviews when the job was done and looked great. You can ask to see the photos from that project from the owner of the company. New England Backyards showed up on time, finished the job ahead of schedule and it looked amazing. I would hire them again if I need more work done."

"Went in to buy one fence post, forgot to mention it was round not square, paid $50 "with the hole drilling fee" for one post and left there with the wrong post willing to accept blame for not mentioning this. They didn't have the round one in stock but I found it shortly afterward, went back to them and asked them to drill it, I would gladly pay the fee. The lady in the office flat out refused because I didn't buy it there. Will never go back there for any reason, terrible customer service, although the yard people were nice."
