We do electrical work and most plumbing, including PEX and PVC, minor to major kitchen and bathroom work, tiling, drop ceilings, hardwood and floating floors, complete stair systems and partial to complete renovations and remodeling including attics and basements. Care to add a full bathroom in your basement? No problem! We love to work on many needs in the same house. We do metal fabrication and welding, install chimney caps, install TV's (onto brick included), and do fence, masonry and stone work, on and on! Whew! "For initial appointment to show him the work, he did not show up. He apologized and rescheduled, and was very responsive after, by both phone and text. He's a pleasant man who has a lot of folks working for him. Overall he was fair: provided receipts for all materials purchases and charged exact materials costs, and charged for labor at a daily rate (units of whole days) for the work. Where he saw various options (at a variety of levels of quality and/or cost) he brought them up and discussed them to make sure that we were moving forward as I preferred. When I had questions about the quality of a piece of work he was happy to discuss and have it corrected. All debris from the job was left on-site, and he offered to remove for the split cost of a dumpster at an extra fee - be sure to discuss this in advance. When there was debris left in the garage from the work, his guys used our lawn bags to pack it away instead of either bringing their own trash bags or asking for some. Communication could have been a bit improved between his workers and us as the job was completed: discussing the trash and debris management, letting us know when work was done and they were leaving for the day (especially when I was on-site specifically during the work, only to realize they'd left and never let me know). I suggest customers be proactive re: communication, but he's very affordable if you are project managing your own job."
